At the foot of the Inga-dams in Congo-Kinshasa, Frisomat completed two halls. With Inga I and II as a décor, both hangars look impressive – to say the least.
Moteurs Moës ordered two pre-engineered steel buildings as a temporary warehouse solution. Both Frisomat halls accommodate equipment and vehicles for the renovation of Inga-dams I and II. These dams are soon being put back into operation, after a period of low activity. They can generate little less than 2,000 megawatts of electricity, which is enough power 570 households.
In function of this mega renovation project, Frisomat delivered two buildings at the Inga site. Both storage buildings have a length of 17 metres, and a respective width and height of 7 and 3,5 metres. Gates were custom made to provide maximal passage of all stock material.
