Maintenance of your Frisomat building

Your Frisomat building maintains itself. The zinc coating on our steel is responsible for the protection against corrosion and scratches. In addition this coating repels dirt and is resistant to damage by salt or dirt splashing.
You will keep your unit in prime condition with a couple of minor maintenance jobs:

• •empty and clean out gutters annually
• •lubricate hinges on large and small doors regularly
• •clear snow off the roof in the event of heavy snowfall
• •close windows, large and small doors as well as smoke vents during strong winds
