What possibilities does Frisomat offer with regard to foundations?

Depending on the type of building and the underground, we work with three types of foundations:

• • Prefab concrete plinths: if the site has been levelled and supplied with rubble and can be excavated, we can make small wells with our excavator in which the plinths are placed. You have to provide the poured concrete (in conjunction with Frisomat) to fill in the wells and anchor the plinths properly.
• • Key bolts or chemical anchors: if there is already a concrete floor or plinth beam before the building is erected, then we work with key bolts or chemical anchors that are fixed in the concrete. The client should preferably pour the concrete in accordance with the dimensions we indicate in order to guarantee watertightness.
• • Anchors: if an embedded foundation is required (for instance with wide spans), we provide galvanised anchors with gauge plates that have to be positioned in the concrete in accordance with our foundation plan.
